Ecobuild Solutions Limited (“Ecobuild”) is a quality driven, multi-disciplinary (design, project management and construction) firm recognised for the value and innovation we bring to every commission we undertake. The company commenced operations in 2015, primarily to provide a range of design and consultancy services specifically tailored to deliver effective solutions for clients.

In 2015, the founder of the firm, Mr. Wilfrid Djan (a trained architect with over ten years of practical experience in the provision of Construction Project Management, Technical Risk Management and Independent Certifier Services in the United Kingdom and Ghana) realizing the mediocre construction decided to create a construction arm of the company, thus offering to clients who yearn for high-quality finishes a “one-stop shop” solution, where the company will undertake design and construction services in the following areas:

• Mechanical: Ventilation & Air-conditioning,
• Electrical: High Voltage, Lighting, Small Power, Earthing, UPS,
• Generators, Fire Alarm, Extra Low Voltage & Security,
• Plumbing: Hot and Cold Water Supplies, Above and Below Ground Drainage, Rainwater Collection and Disposal & Grey Water Collection; and
• Fire: First Aid Hose Reels, Sprinkler & Fire Suppression)

Ecobuild embraces the concept of Sustainable Development and is committed to the development of Green and Affordable Housing as such we adopt an environmentally considerate and socially responsible approach to the way we do business. It is in this light that in 2016, a Director of the company, Chris Onyemem (an American-trained Architectural Engineer and Procurement Expert with extensive experience in the construction markets in the United States of America, Nigeria and Ghana) successfully negotiated a partnership agreement with Eva-Last (South Africa), a globally recognised and trusted brand that specializes in the manufacture of a range of wood-plastic composite products (with the appearance and quality of wood species) including a number of unique construction and support systems with a distribution network in 31 countries around the world. Ecobuild has since designed and implemented a number of innovative projects using this eco-friendly product as an alternative to timber:
